Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vivaforever pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Change-of-mind returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change of mind, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at vivaforever1314chan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return
Email us at vivaforever1314chan@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.
